What you can do on the members’ page

1. Card information registration
This is the screen displayed at the time of initial login and after login.
On this page, you can configure a variety of information such as your e-mail address and the prefecture where you live, etc.
After registration, an e-mail will be sent to you.
2. Password change
The password can be changed as many times as you want.
After the change, an e-mail will be sent to you.
3. Usage history
View the list of the stores and the date regarding the charge, use, transfer, and transmission.
4. Charge by transfer through JNB
If you have an account with The Japan Net Bank, you can directly charge your card from here.
5. Reservation for charge at convenience stores
You can reserve the charge for completion at convenience stores.
After completing the reservation and the charge, confirmation e-mails will be sent to you.
6. Inquiry for reservation of charge at convenience stores
View the status of past reservations for charges completed at convenience stores.
7. Card information update
Update your e-mail address, the prefecture where you live, and the secret question and answer.
After the update, an e-mail will be sent to you.
8. Balance protection configuration
Configure and cancel the balance protection here.
After completing the configuration, an e-mail will be sent to you.
9. Balance transfer
Transfer the entire balance to another card.
10. Balance transmission
Transmit money to another card (A service charge of one percent of the transmitted amount is required.)
After completing the transmission, an e-mail will be sent to you.
11. Card blocking
Forcibly block the card after loss or theft.
Once the card is blocked, you will receive an e-mail.
12. Display of QR code
Display the QR code and card number for making a payment.
It is convenient to take a screenshot of the displayed screen with your cell phone.
13. Password reissue
If you forget your password and cannot log in, reissue a password without logging in. A new password is sent to your registered e-mail address.
